Really enjoyed my 4 nights stay. The staff was outstandingly accommodating throughout the day. Got the same double room booked online with sleek modern decor, an awesome bathtub, for example. Ate at the attached restaurant for dinner.

This place is fabulous and great and the staff are amazingly nice. The units were absolutely fabulous with an awesome bathtub. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

appreciated the way our beautiful and outstanding a double room where the tub is was arranged. the staff was nice, provided friendly services and helped with private parking. its location right next to powell and market cable car turnaround was great.

The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a people-watching plaza.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, and the attached restaurant and coffee shop were good for a couple looking to unwind after a day of exploring, all just a short 5-minute walk from Powell Street.

We enjoyed the rooftop dining with fine views and the chefs' cute vibe at the chef's table. The hotel's cozy lounge and relaxing pool areas were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a heads-up, the minibar prices can really add up, so maybe stock up beforehand 😊

Wow, I had an amazing stay! The views from the open concept bathroom with the freestanding tub were stunning, and the rooftop bar served some of the best drinks I've ever had. Plus, the housekeeping service was excellent!

The Standard King Room was pretty good with chic wooden furniture and really good amenities like spa-quality towels and a clothes steamer. The gym was well-equipped, and the rooftop bar offered fine city views. Although the check-in process could be improved and the noise outside at night was a concern, these minor issues couldn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Noise levels fluctuated, at times catching street disturbances that nudged peaceful sleep away, particularly on vivacious nights.
